9-16:  Entry task- read pages 26-30 (decision-making and goal setting)
           Activity- groups, do activity on page 30.

9-17:  Entry task- using directions on page 25, make two foldables.
           On each, list the six steps on the outside and briefly explain on the inside.
           Activity- continue working on foldables.

9-18:  Entry task- write a goal you could use the six steps for.
           Activity-  discuss six traits of good character.


9-19:  Entry task-looking in the book from pages 32-37, list the six traits of good character and which            you think is most important
          Activity-  Enrichment activity 2-2 (character worksheet)


9-20:  Entry task- health skills page 39.  Read the 10 health skills and list yours from most to least important
          to you
          Activity-  read Health Interviews to class

9-23  Entry task- list the three parts a well written goal must have.
         Activity - Student read health interviews

9-24  Entry task - none
         Activity - October writing time

9-25   Entry task - make 4 part foldable following directions on page 79. Include definition and symptoms of each disorder.
           Activity - continue to work on foldable

9-26    Entry task -  List three symptoms of any of the mental emotional disorders talked about yesterday.
            Activity - Sign up for a topic in chapter 4, go to library to begin research.

9-27     Entry task - Briefly describe how you and your partner did yesterday in the library with your            research.
            Activity - library research on topic

9-30     Entry task - name three mental emotional disorders we've previously discussed
            Activity - library time to do group project

10-1    Entry task - name one interesting fact you learned that you didn't already know about your topic.
           Activity - library time to finish group project
